In November 2018, the company launched another super budget phone from the M-series – Meizu M8 Lite (Meizu V8 Standard Edition). M8 Lite has a 5.7-inch IPS In-Cell display with 2.5D curved glass, 18:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 720×1440 pixels. The body is made of polycarbonate.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek MT6739 chipset with four Cortex-A53 ARM cores running at 1300MHz. The graphics processor is T6739CW. The smooth operation of the phone is guaranteed by 3GB of RAM LPDDR3, and the storage space is 32GB, with the ability to add a 128GB memory card.

Meizu M8 lite can be unlocked with a fingerprint in just 0.2 seconds. It is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with ƒ/2.2 aperture and a 5MP ƒ/1.9 selfie camera with a beautification algorithm.

Here we also have the option to use the full screen by hiding the navigation buttons and a control by gestures (Swipe). A short swipe from the bottom up takes us one step back, a longer swipe takes us back to the home screen, and a swipe with hold shows us open applications.

The battery of Meizu M8 lite is Li-Polymer with a capacity of 3200mAh. The phone is pre-installed with Android 8.1 and Flyme 7 user interface.
