Presentation of Meizu 16x and more surprises

Several new products were presented today – Meizu 16X, Meizu M8, Meizu X8, a new color of the 16th series, Meizu EP 52 Lite and Meizu Power Bank 3.

——– Meizu X8 ——–
X8 is not a flagship, but it offers smooth operation and a great dual camera. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 710. The gossip has been confirmed – there is the company’s first phone with a notch on the screen. 🙂 The notch is very fine and houses the world’s smallest 20MP selfie camera. This development costs the company $2 million. The screen to body ratio is 89.6%, and the lower frame is only 4.8mm.

The X8 comes in three colors – black, blue and white. The white version is interesting because it has a black front panel and is named by fans “Panda Color Variant”.

——– Meizu M8 ——–
The new V8 series was introduced, which for the global market will be called M8, and the version with less RAM will be M8 Lite. The V8/M8 has a 12nm P22 processor from MediaTek and a dual camera 12MP + 5MP.

——– Meizu 16X ——–
The 16X’s camera is the same as its predecessors – IMX380 + IMX350, 20MP + 12MP, ƒ/1.8 + ƒ/2.6 aperture and ArcSoft algorithm for improving portrait photos. The screen is 6.0 inches FHD and fingerprint-on-display. Its ratio to the body is 90.62%. It is equipped with 10nm Snapdragon 710 and Adreno 616 GPU.

The new color version of the 16th series was also presented – Aurora Blue! It does not use the same technique as the other manufacturers, but a multilayer photovoltaic coating, which is 300% more expensive than staining the glass and guarantees a unique feeling in the hand.
