Today, Meizu presented to music lovers the long-awaited Meizu Gravity speaker. It has a unique design that makes it look floating in the air, thanks to the transparent rectangular glass prism on which the main body rests. The look is the work of popular Japanese designer Kosho Tsuboi, known for his extravagant and futuristic products.
At the top of the Meizu Gravity there is a triangular glass prism that acts as an external display. In fact, the prism is placed on the main display of the speaker, but thanks to the laws of physics, the light rays from the display pass through it and it seems that the display is in the prism itself. Meizu calls this design the Half Mirror.
The speaker is equipped with two 40 mm 10W speakers, Texas Instrument TAS5754M audio chipset with support for PurePath and HybridFlow, and Dirac HD Sound drivers for quality sound.
Meizu Gravity can play music from your devices via Bluetooth 4.1. It can also connect to the Internet through the Gravity app and stream music from a host of platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud and TuneIn. There is also an aux port. Wi-Fi connectivity is limited to 2.4GHz.
