The budget smartphone Meizu M6 (Meilan 6) was announced in September 2017. Meizu M6 has a stylish design and the combination of classic materials and unique workmanship leads to a very pleasant feeling in the hand.
The body of the phone is made of polycarbonate with a vacuum-coated metal coating and beautiful metal lines with a mirror effect. Together with the laser engraved logo, the Meizu M6 really has an attractive design.
The HD display is 5.2 inches with 2.5D curved glass and a resolution of 720×1280 pixels, and the full lamination technology (OGS matrix from Sharp) improves the brightness of the screen.
The processor is an 8-core 64-bit MT6750 from MediaTek, supporting big.LITTLE technology – four Cortex-A53 cores running at 1.5GHz and four Cortex-A53 at 1.0GHz. The graphics accelerator is Mali-T860. The Meizu M6 comes in a combination of 2/3GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16/32GB storage space. The internal space can be increased with microSD up to 128GB.
The Meizu M6’s rear camera uses a 13-megapixel RGBW sensor with an aperture of ƒ/2.2, combined with a two-tone flash and Flyme’s ArcSoft algorithm to reduce noise. As a result, the Meizu M6 performs well even in low light conditions. The 8-megapixel selfie camera has a wide aperture ƒ/2.0 plus the ArcSoft beauty algorithm.
And here we have the iconic Meizu mBack button – one button for everything. It also has a built-in fingerprint sensor and can also be used for authorized payments.
The battery has an impressive capacity of 3070mAh, enough to last all day. The Meizu M6 comes pre-installed with Android 7, wrapped in the company’s Flyme 6 user interface, and in four color options – black, silver, gold and blue.
