On March 6, Meizu will officially unveil its latest phone in the Note series, Meizu Note 9, which is expected to be quite good and priced at around $250. But the company also began advertising the flagship Meizu 16s.
The first teasers with hashtag #ThePowerof16 have also been published. The smartphone is advertised with the loud name Super, which in this case is an abbreviation. Behind these letters are the words Speed, Utility, Performance, Extra features and RAM, which show us high performance, increased RAM and additional features.
It is already known that Meizu 16s will have a bezel-less Super AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.2 inches, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip. The main camera will have a 48-megapixel sensor Sony IMX586. The battery capacity will be 3600mAh and will support contactless payments, thanks to the NFC module.
Mass production of Meizu 16s should begin in March and sales in April. Its price for the Chinese market is around 490 dollars.
